Mastervolt have had an enviable reputation for quality and reliablity in the world of marine electronics for many many years - and they have maintained both attributes in transferring their design and production skills to their range of grid-tie inverters.

The XS2000 is the smallest in their 'Sunmaster' range - and is a perfect choice for many residential systems. Designed for solar arrays of between 1300 and 2000 watts peak, it outputs up to 1575W on the AC side. Connection on the DC side is via standard 4mm MC connectors, and on the AC side with a terminal block. It must be noted that these are not the quietest inverters available - usually no problem in a loft, but not ideal for installation in a living space.
